Located at 1516 25th St, Bakersfield, CA 93301, Ortiz Auto Body And Paint operates as an auto body shop serving Bakersfield in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Body shops repair collision damage, dents, rust and paint, and most work directly with insurance companies: you can choose any shop, not only the insurer's preferred one, and the shop will write a supplement if hidden damage turns up. Paintless dent repair fixes hail and door dings without repainting. Detailing shops clean and protect interiors and paint, from a basic wash-and-wax to ceramic coatings and paint protection film. Car washes range from self-service bays to express tunnels with monthly memberships. Upholstery shops repair seats, headliners and convertible tops, and restoration shops bring classic and collector cars back to original or custom condition.

We recently had an accident happen and founf this place on google. Went in at 8 am on a saturday, were greeted with a friendly staff right away. We went outside looked at my truck. He then proceeded to walk is through everything that would need to be done and they will get the tepair done 7-10 days. We got our quote and left our truck for repairs .throughout the process they called to update us. They kept us informed on every step of the way. Our truck was finished done scheduled as they said. This was a flawless process and the finish job on the truck was beyond my expectations. It looks as if the accident never happened. Doors are lined up perfectly, paint is perfect. We are beyond satisfied with their work ethic and the quality of work they put into the repair. Will be the only place i ever recommend.

On Wednesday May 6, 2026 I was omw to the gym when for whatever reason the dude in the white truck decides to reverse at a red light🤦🏻‍♂️. He had me follow him to Ortiz body shop where I met the owner Ortiz, got the quote and had the guy in white truck pay. Ortiz is so cool and very professional. I signed some papers and I was back omw to the gym. Ortiz worked around my schedule and I dropped car off Monday May 11, 2026 got it back Tuesday 12, 2026!!! How many people can say their vehicles have been in for body work and got it back the next day?! My Jeep looked better when I picked it up than before I dropped it off. So sweet of his business to super clean my Jeep🥺 Thank you again for that. If I ever have the unfortunate luck of having to visit a body shop I now know where to go. I can go on and on about how awesome of a man he is, but the job he did on my Jeep speaks for itself. I 100% recommend Ortiz and his people for your vehicles body needs.

10/10 service Ortiz helped me get my bumper painted at a great price that I was looking for. The results came out good and didn’t take him long to finish it. Definitely worth it!
